Entry Requirements
The following entry requirements apply to all applications. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee admission, but ensures your application is complete and can be fully assessed.
By School Section
Requirements per Section & Year Group
Select the section that applies to your child. Requirements vary by year group within each section.
Pre-Nursery Section
Pre-Nursery | Ages 4–5
Pre-Nursery Entry (Age 4–5)
- Child must be 4 years old by September 1 of the entry year
- Child should be in reasonable general health
- No prior schooling required
Documents Checklist
- Original birth certificate (and photocopy)
- Two recent passport photographs
- Completed online application form
- Immunisation record
- Any medical or special needs documentation (if applicable)
Nursery Section
Nursery 1 – 3 | Ages 5–6
Nursery 1 Entry (Age 5)
- Child must be 5 years old by September 1 of the entry year
- No formal academic record required
- Basic social readiness assessed at informal visit
Nursery 2 & 3 Transfer
- Most recent nursery or pre-nursery report (if available)
- Informal assessment of social and language readiness

- Original birth certificate (and photocopy)
- Two recent passport photographs
- Completed online application form
- Immunisation record
- Any medical or special needs documentation (if applicable)
Primary Section
P1 – P6 | Ages 6–11
P1 Entry (Age 6)
- Child must be 6 years old by September 1 of the entry year
- Basic literacy readiness is assessed at interview
- No formal academic record required
P2–P4 Transfer
- Most recent school report card (within 12 months)
- Letter of good standing from previous school
- Assessment in English and Mathematics
P5–P6 Transfer
- Two most recent school report cards
- Letter of good standing from previous school
- Assessment in English, Mathematics, and Arabic/Islamic Studies
Documents Checklist
- Original birth certificate (and photocopy)
- Two recent passport photographs
- Completed online application form
- School report card(s) as specified above
- Immunisation record
- Any medical or special educational needs documentation (if applicable)
Secondary Section
JSS1 – SSS3 | Ages 11–18
JSS1 Entry (Primary School Leavers)
- Primary school leaving certificate or equivalent
- P5/P6 report cards
- Assessment in English, Mathematics, and Islamic Studies
JSS2–SSS1 Transfer
- Two most recent school report cards
- Letter of good standing from previous school
- Assessment in core subjects relevant to year group
SSS2–SSS3 Transfer
- BECE/JS3 result (minimum five credits including English and Mathematics)
- SSS1 report card
- Assessment and interview with subject teachers
Documents Checklist
- Original birth certificate (and photocopy)
- Two recent passport photographs
- Completed online application form
- School report card(s) and leaving certificate as specified above
- BECE result slip (where applicable)
- Any medical or special educational needs documentation (if applicable)

All original documents must be presented at the assessment/interview stage.
Document forgery or misrepresentation will result in immediate withdrawal of any offer.
Students with special educational needs are welcome to apply. Please indicate this on the form so we can arrange appropriate support.
International applicants should contact the admissions office directly for guidance on equivalency requirements.
