The Process
Five Steps to Joining the Academy
Each step is straightforward. Our admissions team is available to help you at every stage.
Complete the Online Application
20–30 minutesFill in our secure, multi-step online form covering student details, parent information, emergency contacts, and medical background. No document uploads are needed at this stage.
- Visit the Apply Now page
- Complete all five sections of the form
- Review and submit — you will receive an email confirmation with your reference number
Application Under Review
5–7 working daysOur admissions team reviews every application thoroughly against our entry criteria, assessing academic background, Islamic commitment, and fit with our school community.
- Your application is acknowledged automatically by email
- Our team may contact you for additional details if required
- Shortlisted families are notified by email and phone
Assessment & Family Interview
Scheduled on receipt of shortlistShortlisted students attend an age-appropriate written assessment and a brief family interview at the academy. This helps us understand your child's current learning level and place them in the right class group.
- Bring originals of all required documents (see Requirements page)
- Assessment is age-appropriate and low-pressure
- Interview is informal — we want to meet your family
Admission Decision
3–5 working days after interviewYou will receive a formal decision by email. Successful applicants receive an Offer Letter with full details of the intake term, class placement, and next steps.

- Acceptance deadline is stated in the offer
- Unsuccessful applicants may request feedback
Enrolment Completion
Before term start dateAccepted families complete the enrolment process by returning signed documents, paying the acceptance deposit, and attending an induction session before the first day.
- Sign and return the Enrolment Agreement
- Pay the acceptance deposit to secure the place
- Attend the New Family Induction session
- Collect the school uniform and materials list
Helpful Advice
Tips for a Successful Application
Apply Early
Places are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend applying at least two terms in advance.
Prepare Your Documents
Have your child's birth certificate and most recent school reports ready before the interview stage. No uploads are needed on the online form.
Be Honest on the Form
Complete all sections accurately, particularly medical and special needs information. This helps us prepare the right support from day one.
