Arabic Language
Arabic is the language of the Quran and the key to Islamic scholarship. Our Arabic programme takes students from complete beginners to confident readers, writers, and speakers of classical Arabic.
Methodology
We use a communicative approach combined with classical grammar (Nahw and Sarf). Students engage with original Islamic texts from JSS level, building vocabulary and grammatical intuition simultaneously.
Programme Levels
- 1Beginner: Arabic alphabet, basic vocabulary, simple sentences
- 2Elementary: Grammar foundations, reading short texts
- 3Intermediate: Nahw/Sarf, Quranic vocabulary, composition
- 4Advanced: Classical text reading, essay writing, conversation
